April believes strongly in the motto "never underestimate the power of your surroundings." This belief stems from her lifelong immersion in the real estate world. Born on Cape Cod and hailing from the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida, April comes from a long line of successful realtors. Her mother and grandmother showed her the ropes of the industry at a young age. Though April loved the charm of her coastal Florida hometown, she was ready for a change of scenery. She moved to Hoosick Falls, NY seven years ago and immediately felt at home. April appreciates the change of seasons, the beauty of winter landscapes and the plethora of outdoor activities. April and her husband, Blaze, are empty nesters who share their home with their pet family that includes 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 birds, 2 guinea pigs and 1 fish. As a realtor, April draws on her many years in the field along with her flipping and design experiences. She is adept at seeing a property's potential and helping clients manifest their vision.
